At first, the taste is fruity and pleasant, but an iron taste lingers even after multiple meals. I tried brushing my teeth, brushing the roof of my mouth, and scraping my tongue. Nothing worked. The aftertaste persisted into the next day. Disappointed.

Just starting my "iron melts". I do not absorb iron in any form and normally need iron infusions every couple years. My hope is these melts will absorb into my body...fingers crossed!
